The night sky dress is inspired by... the night sky. While the sun is a masculine figure, the moon embodied femininity. The darkness up above is filled with celestial bodies and constellations which comfort us when we need direction. This dress uses one of my favorite embellished tulle fabrics on the sleeves and as a sweeping cape mimicking the blanket of darkness we see each night. The main body is made of navy bridal satin with a leg slit, princess seams, and a small train.
